I just had Payless help out with a Plumbing issue in my 10th floor condo and I was quite impressed. The technician they sent was very professional, honest and focused on resolving my issue in a timely manner. I can say this is the first time I've been pleasantly surprised to have a Plumber show up with the intent of helping and not taking of advantage of me in an emergency state. Thank you and I'll definitely use Payless again.
